To provide technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to customers, ensuring correct product usage, system reliability, and customer satisfaction while supporting sales and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
-Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or system issues
-Internal coordination
-Assist with installation, commissioning, and basic maintenance of equipment and spare parts
-Prepare service reports and technical documentation
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
-Experience in industrial technical support or maintenance is an advantage
-Basic knowledge of spare parts (belts, bearings, motors, sensors, lubrication, etc.)
-Willing to travel to customer sites and factories
-Good problem-solving and communication skills
-English reading ability for manuals and technical documents is a plus
